no i was on an empty sidewalk, going no faster than a walk! skateboarding is legal on sidewalks, just not ‘reckless’ boarding. i guess it’s up to the officer/judge to determine which is which. i realize how obnoxious skaters can be so i try to be as courteous as possible on this thing.. which is why this is so insane.
